"True Truth" is a Schaefferism. He used the term "true truth" to describe absolute, objective reality and truth that exists independent of human opinion, grounded in the existence of an infinite-personal God who has revealed himself - the God who is there and is not silent. It stands in contrast to relativism as in "true for you, but not for me."
Francis Schaeffer is known for popularizing the idea of a
Christian Worldview:

In El Paso, a flight ban was issued for ten days for air
travel under 18K feet which began on FEB 10th.
An eyewitness described a "mothership" releasing smaller
objects from beneath.
There were also claims of disruptive drones from South of
the Border.

Interestingly, there's a connection with El Paso, I've
driven thru there a couple times but never visited. Gene Roddenberry (d. 1991), of Star Trek
fame, was born in El Paso and was a pilot in WWII. Speaking of Aliens, I wrote a warning
